Manufacturing Network
Production is carried out through an approved manufacturing network rather than a single facility. Approved Mills are selected based on coating capability, process stability, and ability to meet required performance specifications. Different coating processes can be used depending on the application, while the technical standard remains the same. The network structure allows flexible production capacity while maintaining consistent material performance.
Supply & Production Model
HEROTEX™ technology is supplied through a coating-based production structure. The coating formulation is applied to selected base materials depending on the required performance and application. The core technology and performance standards are controlled at the platform level, while production is performed by approved manufacturing partners. This model allows scalable production without requiring dedicated manufacturing facilities, while maintaining control over specification and quality.
